So for the first time in a while, I decided to check on our forum's ranking. Surprisingly, we still hold the #4 ranking, but since post counts for rankings only stand for 2 years (and JNT forum has been online for longer than 2 years), our 2-year post count is significantly less than our actual post count (6900 XD).

We can do much better than this. The next forum (#3) stands at 10400 posts over 2 years. Even though we're more than 3000 posts behind them, we can still post more. After all, the more we post the closer we get to moving up a rank.

Forum activity has significantly dropped over this year, and this is NOT good for the forum. If this inactivity holds, we run the risk of automatic forum deletion from Forumotion. That would be a devastating blow to the JNT forum and to Justin 'n' Tom inc. Please support and contribute to our forums with posts. We appreciate it!

Inactivity can be a difficult issue to combat. Once there is little to discuss, there will be few posts, few ideas, etc. and soon the forum turns into a dead wasteland. To improve forum activity and help allow discussion, we encourage you to post. About anything that fits the forum rules. Post about anything that's on your mind. About things that you enjoy. Post about any possible issues you have. If you need help with anything, post. Posting doesn't always have to be serious, of course. Forum Games are a great way to enjoy your stay at the JNT forum. We, the administrators, will be attempting to revive this forum, and to introduce our ideas. We will always be looking out for ideas to improve our forum. We will attempt to update our forum frequently. But none of these ideas will work if our users don't post. We encourage all of our users to post more.

Agreed! We definitely don't want this forum, after all the work we put into it, to cease to exist!

There is new incentive to increase activity of this forum. Every forum has a certain number of activity points, and this activity point number is determined from the number of new users, new posts and new threads. It shows the activity rate within the forum. If the forum has a high number of activity points, you can win a free domain name. Think about it. Imagine going to jnt.com, and coming to this forum. If we had our own domain name, it is also likely that we will be able to use FTP and other features to enhance the forum, upload files, etc. to keep the activity of the forum. This could be very useful. It's a great opportunity! We only have around 200 activity points, but I'm pretty sure that if activity suddenly increases to a good level, then the activity points will increase exponentially. And of course, it still supports the forum!
