In the event of a tie

In the event of a tie, I use www.random.org to generate the Pokemon.

For example:

Kanto Round 1 Group 9
Primeape [2]
Staryu [2]
Machoke [1]
Doduo [1]
Hitmonchan [1]
Poliwag [1]
Metapod [1]
Omanyte [1]


Primeape and Staryu are confirmed a place in Round 2. I use random.org to generate numbers where Minimum is 1 and Maximum is 6. The numbers i got were 1 and 5, so in this case, Machoke and Metapod go through.
