So, I've found out my Platinum Secret ID and I am now able to manipulate the PRNG (Pseudo-Random Number Generator) to advance the Inital Seed and allow me to hatch Shiny Pokemon. Here's some of the shinies that I've hatched...

Magikarp
Shinies... ShinyMagikarp

Shuckle
Shinies... ShinyShuckle

Rotom
Shinies... ShinyRotom

Togepi
Shinies... ShinyTogepi

Bagon
Shinies... ShinyBagon

Staryu
Shinies... ShinyStaryu


I've also randomly encountered two shinies, both on Platinum...

Roselia

I've soft-reset'd for one Shiny Pokemon, on Sapphire...

And, I've chained for one species of Shiny Pokemon, on Diamond...
