Three reasons why this wouldn't work:

1 They didn't hack Google and change it to elgooG. What they did was create a new page that MIRRORS Google, but has a code on the mirror that reverses everything.
2 A program that hacks ANYTHING? You could say that this program is ActivePerl, but you need to study that for ages to understand the concept of a URL (URL concept is easy, but its Ryan Hore...) and the method of hacking. More importantly, he needs to understand the concept of MD5 codes, and how to use and crack them to gain the password. I doubt he is able to do that.
3 If you search "moruf .cni mot n nitsuj" (which is "justin n tom inc. forum" backwards) in elgooG, elgooG gives you the same results as Google would in reverse. In other words, it just gives you a link to the Justin 'n' Tom inc. forum, which would deny him access anyway.

And Ryan Hore won't go to those extremes.
