Yes, Shaymin-sky attacking stats and its own speed tier made people around the world deem it as UBER. In other words, no you won't see it in a gaming tournament that lacks kyogre, palkia, arceus, etc.

but crap defenses.

People sometimes send in Donphan or Mamoswine to revenge kill Shaymin-sky with Ice Shard (priority attack, duh. 4x effectiveness!)
