POKEVENTURE 10 - PLOTTING

Ok join me, in plotting the epic, awesome, grand final of all Pokeventures!

Ideas guise?

FINAL BATTLE AGAINST MASTER TROLLFACE

The final battle would have to be something big. Something bigger than battle against all the legends. Some...external force. Something with the ability to modify the powers of the Pokemon. Remember in The Battle of the Bidoof, how the Bidoof were genetically modified to increase their power? We could use something like that, but on a larger scale. On the other hand, we could use a 'BIDOOF INFECTION' or something. What I really want, though... multiple plots. That would be awesome.

Multiple plots would be great. Several stories runnning at once, and they all eventally meet up I like that idea. Also an external force isnt bad. I was thinking apocalyptic circumstances, but that happenes in Pokeventure 8.

We need some devastatingly powerful forces to use if we want multiple plots, and all of them will have to culminate into one massive ending.

For example, mind control, infection, etc. are powerful external forces that can be used, but they may not be suitable. Do you have any ideas?

This is starting to sound like the Pokemon version of I am Legend XD. Well, with external forces....what about Deoxys? Spreading space viruses and other shit like that.

I might have derived ideas from it without realising it... I have actually watched that movie lol


Yes, Deoxys virus is an idea. That's just one plot though. What else?

Hmm. Well considering i have alread used all the legends as a problem...what about a revolt? Say, a space virus (controlled by Deoxys) posseses several powerful pokemon and dethrones Arceus, leaving Deoxys free to be the Pokemon god? Then poossbile wit hthe multiple plots thing, we have a few survivours of the infection trying to seek other survivours (Copyright I am Legend) and they eventually meet up? THat sjust one idea. Any other plots that wont have us sued?

Alright that's one good plot, do you think that should be the major one?

As for other plots... Snorlax dumps on Arceus What about cosmic event? Supernova, comet, Black Hole...but you find this attack was sent by another planet? Extra terrestrial Pokemon maybeh?

That should be interesting. What about invasion?

Thats a good idea. Hey...what about...Pokemon zombies? A pokemon zombie apocalypse would be a real interesting concept. Perhaps Deoxys can be the Zombie Leader (but he still has a brain...FILLED WITH EVIL =0) and a bunch of survivors find each other and gave to defeat Deoxys for the infection to wear off?

That's actually really good. How many plots should we use?


I've got another idea.
The zombie apocalypse and infection issue will create civil unrest. Like in human societies, when something goes wrong, they will blame someone else, beginning fights, which wil eventually break into civil warfare.

So what we are basically doing here, is merging all these ideas and plots to create worldwide warfare? That sounds pretty damn epic.

I think we should merge all these plots, and they all come back to one Pokemon. Deoxys.

And I think that other Pokemon will become involved with Deoxys' plot. What about... Deoxys forming an empire without any of them realising?

An empire of extra-terrestrial Pokemon? I think that would be good.

So what we got so far:

*Deoxys and his army lands on Earth and infects a bunch of random Pokemon. The infection spreads like wildfire.

*Not many surviving Pokemon remain. With these survivors, the blame game starts. This leads into worldwide warfare

*Elsewhere, Deoxys and his army of extra-terrestrials overthrow Arceus and Deoxys claims the throne. With this, the infection spreads faster.

Now what im thinking:

*Eventually one a small group of about 4 or 5 remain. They are all pseudo-legendary, being able to find off the endless hordes of the poke-undead. They band together and try to find the cause of this apocalypse

*They run into a battalion of extra-terrestrials and get into a massive fight.

*?

Well... they would have to battle against the extra terrestrials, eliminate the infection, end the mind control problem and defeat Deoxys. But that's not good enough for the grand final. There needs to be more to it. What about... betrayal? For example, Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp and Hydreigon (all six psuedo-legends being the remaining party) survive, but Garchomp turns out to be working for Deoxys (because Garchomp is gay) and Garchomp, being an inner member working with the surviving party, will receive all the information on their hiding places, etc.

Do you think this should work?

I reckon it will, as long as at the very end Garchomp dies in a hole or somewhere similar, because I FUCKING HATE GARCHOMP. Ok that sounds great.

So we got a plot...but i feel more can be added, and not just the stuff that happens as we go... what about a serve of chips they found Arceus, mortally wounded and nearly dead? Arceus can then inform the group what is happening. Hearing Arceus insult Deoxys makes Garchomp angry and he attempts to murder them all?

In the end, when all the infection, mind control and extra terrestrials are gone, the only true enemies will be revealed as the inner members of Deoxys' group. These members will be captured (including Garchomp) and locked in a dark cave in the middle of nowhere with no light, no food and each one in a separate cave (so they can't eat each other). And all of them will be imprisoned near the bottom of the planet to ensure they won't (or it will be ages before they do) be able to escape.The thing about Garchomp becoming angry and trying to murder them doesn't sound like it will work, because betrayal always has to be sneaky and not obvious like that (it won't work unless that attacking event is placed near the very end).

True that. So how do you think Garchomp will betray them...and when? Later in the story, will he show signs of infection or possession?

Sure. I think garchomp will play as a major enemy and will betray them several times without them noticing too much until the end where his faith in deoxys will finally show through one bigger action. Then he gets caught and killed mercilessly. Lol

Lol :p But will anyone in the group be murdered before they managed to catch and exterminate Garchomp? Will it be a huge dramatic moment?

Remember Doom 3? Betruger is possessed by the forces of Hell and he betrays the humans? Eventually he becomes a part of something bigger, becoming the Maledict. Would anything like that happen to this Garchomp?

Possibly ;o Maybe once Deoxys is killed and Garchomp is dumped in a pit, Garchomp somehow escapes and becomes the new leader, forming a new enemy empire and attempting to take them down with monstrously powerrful attacks? =O


@FireShadow: Darkrai probably will be involved somewhere, but that can be decided later (unless you want Darkrai as a major character)
