I created a points system (I named it Justin 'n' Tom inc. points, post here if you have a better idea and I'll change it if it fits well). The minimum is 0, the maximum is 500. If you hit 400, you will become a moderator, if you hit 500 then you get VIP (super moderator, you can moderate every forum). Well, enjoy it! (p.s., VIPs, Major Leaders and Creators all get 500 for the points)
